The customer required a high production capacity and 24-hour continuous operation, and Samfull’s system fully met their expectations.

The machine runs at 240 sachets per minute, equipped with a micro-electronic volumetric dosing system for accurate weighing and a vertical form-fill-seal structure for reliable pouch forming and sealing.
It adopts a Siemens PLC control system and servo-driven technology, ensuring precise performance, consistent speed, and long-term stability during intensive production.

This solution helps the customer achieve efficient, automated, and hygienic sugar packaging, greatly improving production output and reducing labor costs.

Machine features

The machine frame is constructed from 304 stainless steel, fully compliant with food QS and pharmaceutical GMP hygiene standards.

Designed with a comprehensive safety protection system, ensuring compliance with enterprise-level safety management requirements.

All electrical components are sourced from reliable imported brands. The machine adopts a Siemens PLC control system and a touchscreen HMI, enabling full automatic control with high stability, intelligence, and production efficiency.

An independent temperature control system ensures precise heating, resulting in smooth and visually appealing sealing quality.

The servo-driven film pulling system, film clamping mechanism, and color mark tracking system can all be automatically adjusted via the touchscreen. This allows for easy sealing alignment and cutting deviation correction.

The machine supports 4 to 12 lanes, depending on sachet width. It can also be integrated with downstream equipment such as dosing systems, cartoning machines, VFFS machines, and premade pouch packing machines to form a fully automated packaging line.
