2. Complete Line Workflow


Step 1: Coffee Powder Feeding

Coffee powder is transferred to the hopper of the multi-lane stick pack machine. Depending on product characteristics, the feeding system can be configured with:

  • Screw conveyor

  • Vacuum feeder

  • Hopper level control

  • Dust collection system

  • Anti-bridging stirring device

For 3-in-1 coffee powder, the product usually contains coffee powder, sugar, creamer, flavoring powder, and other mixed ingredients. The material flow condition may be different from pure coffee powder, so the auger system and hopper structure need to be selected according to the actual product.



Step 2: Multi-Lane Stick Pack Forming

Roll film is divided into multiple lanes. Each lane forms one stick pack through a forming tube or forming collar.
