APPLICATIONS
This application case is based on a real production order for an Indonesian customer producing chilli oil and chilli sauce sachets.
The customer required one multi-lane sachet packing machine to produce three filling weights:
7g / 10g / 16g
According to the production order, the selected machine is an SF1200 10-lane four-side seal liquid sachet packing machine, equipped with a piston pump filling system, Siemens control system, and 304 stainless steel machine frame.
The required production speed is 25–30 sachets per minute per lane, with a total output of approximately 250–300 sachets per minute.
Before confirming this project, the customer compared many sachet packing machine suppliers, visited packaging machinery exhibitions in China and overseas, and also came to our factory for inspection. After checking our multi-lane machine production scale, previous application cases, technical communication, after-sales support, and overall cost-performance value, the customer finally approved our solution.
The customer did not choose only by the lowest price. After comparing machine configuration, factory capability, application experience, service support, and investment cost, they considered our solution to offer a better overall value for their chilli oil and chilli sauce sachet production.
The machine was shipped only after the customer completed factory acceptance inspection and confirmed the machine running performance and finished sachet samples.
The finished sachets are designed as four-side seal sachets. The samples show the actual forming and filling result for chilli oil and chilli sauce products.

The sachet width remains 60mm, while the sachet length changes according to different filling weights. This design allows the customer to produce 7g, 10g, and 16g sachets on the same machine.
The vertical seal width is 7mm, and the horizontal seal width is 8mm, which is suitable for four-side seal condiment sachets requiring stable sealing edges.
