APPLICATIONS
A customer in Turkey ordered two Samfull SF-720 4 lane four-side-seal sachet packing machines for packaging juice powder and seasoning powder.
One of the main requirements of this project was the ability to package four different flavors at the same time. For this reason, the machines were configured with four independent short-auger dosing systems and separate product hoppers, allowing each lane to handle an individual flavor.
The project covers small powder sachets from 4–10 g and 10–17 g, using 65 mm wide four-side-sealed sachets.

Customer Packaging Requirements
The customer required a multi lane powder packaging solution for small-dose powder sachets with two filling ranges: 4–10 g and 10–17 g.
The specified sachet width is 65 mm, while the bag length can be adjusted from 90 mm to 160 mm according to the product weight and packaging requirements.
The packaging format is a four-side-seal sachet, using composite film.
A major feature of this project is the customer's requirement to package four flavors simultaneously.
Instead of using one common dosing system for all lanes, each lane is equipped with an independent short-auger dosing unit.
This means the four lanes can receive different powders independently, making the machine suitable for manufacturers that need to package several flavors or formulations during the same production process.
For this project, the system is used for juice powder and seasoning powder.
The customer also required two auger configurations to accommodate the different filling ranges of 4–10 g and 10–17 g.

To support continuous powder packaging, the production line is equipped with a vacuum powder feeding system.
The powder can be transferred automatically to the feeding section of the packaging machine, reducing manual feeding requirements during production.
The project uses multiple vacuum feeding units according to the customer's four-lane production configuration.
Fine powders such as juice powder and seasoning powder can generate dust during feeding and filling.
For this reason, the customer selected a dedicated industrial vacuum dust collection system together with matching suction pipes.
The project also includes dehumidification equipment, vibration devices and anti-static treatment according to the customer's production requirements.
These configurations are intended to support more stable handling of fine powder during packaging.
The SF-720 machines are equipped with a Siemens control system and an English/Chinese operating interface.
According to the customer's requirements, the machine also includes a safety-door interlock system.
When the front safety door is opened, the machine stops automatically.
The project also specifies Schneider electrical components for the electrical system.
The finished package for this project is a 65 mm wide four-side-seal sachet.
The bag length can be adjusted between 90 mm and 160 mm, allowing the customer to match different filling weights and package designs within the specified range.
The sachets use a 5 mm horizontal seal and 5 mm vertical seal, together with an easy-tear notch for convenient opening.
