Customer Packaging Requirements

Instant coffee powder has different characteristics from granule products. The filling system needs to maintain stable dosing performance while avoiding powder leakage and ensuring consistent package appearance.

Stick Pack Packaging Solution

Samfull selected the SF-850 10-lane stick pack machine with a servo screw auger filling system.

The servo auger filling system is suitable for fine powder products such as:

• Instant coffee powder

• Milk coffee powder
